Full Member – Available to clerks who have been working independently for over 1 year.
If you have not been working independently for 1 or more years you can first complete the (if required or wanted) AIIC Guidelines for Inventory Professionals Course.
In order to obtain your 50% membership discount, after the course, we would refer you to the membership area of our website which confirms which documentation will need to be supplied to meet our membership criteria. (You will have to email us an example report that has been carried out after the course for our offices to audit and approve as well as provide proof of your insurance. This is an annual requirement for all our members).
Executive Member – available to Full Members who have been with the AIIC for 5 or more consecutive years
Associate Member – only available for inventory clerks working for an existing full member
How to Join:
Simply complete the application form below, and submit with your application fee and supporting documentation.
Once all your supporting documentation and cleared funds have been received we will then begin your application process.
Please ensure that you have read thorough the AIIC Code of Practice, Guidelines for Professional Practice and Current Fee structure before submitting your application.
Should you wish to book our training course we offer the first years membership with a 50% discount.
All rates shown below reflect the correct application rate for the current month.
The AIIC is a not for profit organisation and therefore VAT does not apply.
Application fees/1st years Full Membership – £120.00
Should you withdraw your application at any point you we retain the right to withhold upto 50% of your application fee
The AIIC membership year runs from your date of joining.
You will receive emailed an annual renewal invoice, on the anniversary of you joining. It is your full responsibility to pursue this and or make sure you are always paid up on your annual membership.
Full Membership – £120.00
Associate Membership – £25.00 per year/part year. Any name changes are the same cost and we must be immediately informed of this and any new clerks working with you.
We are unable to accept payment by cheque.
Please do note there are no part or full refunds for any reason.
Please also note our membership, as independent unbiased clerks, is not open to anyone in or affiliated to in anyway estate agents, property management or letting agency work, jobs, careers or ownership. There must not be any connections to the taking of fees for tenant finding, property managing or rent collections from landlords etc etc.
