Payment Information

When you provide the AIIC with credit card information, you confirm that you are permitted to use that credit card. You also authorise us to store that credit card information in our secure payment gateway, along with other pertinent transaction information.

When you make a transaction, you authorise us to charge the full amount of the transaction to the credit card you provide.

By providing the AIIC with your credit card and contact information, you are agreeing that such information is valid and up-to-date and take responsibility of keeping this information up-to-date.

You alone are responsible for overdraft or any other bank fees resulting from payment with a debit or credit card.

We may contact your credit card company, bank, law enforcement or pertinent third parties and share the details of any of your payments, if we believe doing so may prevent financial loss or a violation of the law.

You agree to notify us immediately if you believe that an unauthorized or problematic transaction has taken place on your account.

You are responsible for and agree to reimburse us for all reversals, charge-backs, claims and fees (including costs and setup fees) that arose from payments that you authorized or accepted.
We may cancel any transaction, if we believe the transaction violates any terms in our contract or if we believe doing so might prevent financial loss.
