Transfers & Refunds:

• Transfer to the next available course or request a full refund by emailing AIIC at least 14 working days before the course start date.
• If fewer than three delegates book, we will either refund your fee in full or transfer you to the next date.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows:

• Cancellations made fewer than 14 working days before the course are not eligible for refund or transfer.
• Non-attendance without prior notice is non-refundable.

Applicants must have no current or past affiliations with estate agencies, property management or lettings, or any business involving tenant-finding or rent collection.
