**This is a fully interactive course via Zoom where candidates can ask questions and discuss topical issues. All course material will be emailed to candidates.**

This course is aimed at new or experienced clerks and explains what is required of an inventory clerk when carrying out a mid-term inspection.  We will cover the following areas:

  • Rights to privacy
  • What to check
  • HMOs
  • Photographs

Our courses are led by Executive member and AIIC trainer Emma Glencross.

Emma has run her own successful inventory company since 2001 and has previous experience in the legal profession and residential and commercial lettings.
